The J.Castro Law Group PLLC was founded by Jason Castro, Esq. Mr. Castro first came to the United States when he was 11 years old, and was at some point undocumented before becoming a green card holder and eventually an American Citizen.  

Mr. Castro knows first hand the “immigrant story.”  He knows the feeling of despair and hopelessness of those whose immigration future are uncertain.  But he also knows that the “immigrant story” can also be a story of triumph and success, which is why he became an attorney and dedicated his career to helping other immigrants achieve the American dream.

Mr. Castro’s passion is Immigration Law.  He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, and was a student attorney at his law school’s immigration clinic.  He then worked for four years at a high volume Immigration Law firm representing individuals and their families before the Immigration Court and the United States of Citizenship and Immigration Services, in addition to working on appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals before starting the J.Castro Law Group PLLC.  

For half a decade, he fought to keep immigrant families together, and to reunite those who have been separated from their families because of their immigration status. Mr. Castro is passionate about his work because he sees himself and his family with every single one of his clients, which is why he offers affordable, compassionate, and high quality legal service.
